Fried Chicken with adobo

The best Chicken thighs golden brown, spicy, juicy and delicious for any time of the day! This chicken thighs are deep fried without the skin at high heat for about 25-30 minutes, if you need the level of crispiness higher add additional 10 minutes. The chicken thighs will look very crispy and moist inside. It doesn't matter what kind of chicken thighs you pick with or without skin fat they will do great for this recipe.


Ingredients:

1 1/2 pound chicken thighs

2 tablespoon of paprika

2 tablespoon of achiote powder

1/2 tablespoon black pepper

1/2 tablespoon salt

1 lime juice

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon coriander

2 tablespoon rosemary minced


Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl creating a liquid adobo mixture and place the chicken to be marinated for 30 minutes allowing to coat both sides with the adobe marinade. Then In a large fry pan with hot oil place the chicken thighs and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5-8 minutes each side or until done.


Remove the chicken and place it in a baking tray to remove the excess oil before serving.

Serve with white rice, corn and cactus salad, pico de gallo or any other side dish.
