This recipe is different, creamy and delicious!!! easy and simple to make with fresh ingredients, tomato, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, sour cream and mayonnaise. I didn't have to travel to mexico to copy the recipe, It was passed to me for generations. Pick avocados that are ripe and firm, you don't want to pick soft and mushy avocados, gently press on one end, it should be firm.

Ingredients:

3 avocados

salt

1 sp lime juice

1 sp mayonnaise

1 sp sour cream

Pico de gallo separelly

1 roman fresh tomato diced

1/4 of chopped red onion

1/2 cup cilantro

pinch of salt

2 sp olive oil

1 sp white vinagre

Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and scoop the avocado into a mixing bowl, using a fork gently mash them to a desired smooth, I prefer it chunky for my taste.

if you prefer plain guacamole, just add the mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, and 1 spoon of lime juice. Mix all together the key for smoothness and creamy is the mayonnaise and sour cream ingredients. You will love it.

If you prefer with pico the gallo ingredients, mix in another bowl the ingredients.

Add to the guacamole mixture the pico de gallo and mix all the ingredients.

How to keep guacamole fresh?

The mayonnaise and sour cream will prolong the freshness for hours if you cover in a container with plastic and set it inside the fridge.
