Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

The recipe is spicy, salty, tangy and has many different textures and flavors. It can be served for brunch or evening accompany it with a cold beer or michelada.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound medium cooked shrimp
1 cup of ketchup
1 cup clamato spicy
1/3 cup cucumber diced
2 minced jalapenos
1 roma tomato diced
1/3 cup red/white onion diced
1/3 cup cilantro chopped
5 lime juice
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon black pepper
5 tablespoon of hot sauce (tabasco) optional
1 avocado cut in cubes
tostadas or saltine crackers for serving
Instructions:
In a large bowl, add the shrimp and all the ingredients, whisk together the ingredients. Serve with tostadas or saltine crackers on the side.
