Amazing recipe! the combination of fresh rosemary, garlic, lemon juice, paprika and spices makes this dish so delicious !
I love to cook the salmon in a cast iron, because it yields a perfect crispy seared exterior and the inside is kept tender, juicy and flavorful.
This recipe is very simple and tastiest dinner you can make.

Ingredients:
3 ( 6 oz ) skinless salmon fillets
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
1 tablespoon paprika
4 slices or red onion
4 tablespoon unsalted butter
Lemon slices

Instructions:
Place the salmon in a flat surface to add the ingredients:
Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, lemon juice, dry oregano, garlic and the rosemary. Rub the salmon pieces with the ingredients to season well until completed coated.
Preheat the oven at 400 degree in the meanwhile you can fry the salmon.
In a cast iron or skillet over medium high heat add the butter and place the salmon to cook, the skin side down first for 1 minute. Flip the salmon and cook for 1 minutes or until lightly browned.

Remove the cast iron from the stove and place the lemon slices and onions on top of the salmon and finish it off by broiling the salmon in the oven for one minute or until surface becomes slightly charred.
Remove it from the oven and place it on a plate. Drizzle with butter sauce and sprinkle cilantro.
Salmon is best served with white rice, healthy side dishes or mash potato.
