Sweet corn bread

The sweet corn bread is sweet, this recipe use, condensing milk, cream cheese, baking powder, eggs, vainilla and evaporated milk.

Summer time, my mother used to prepared this sweet recipe for all of us when we were kids.



Ingredients:

6-8 corn

2 eggs

1 can condensed milk

1 can evaporated milk

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 cup of flour


Use a blender or food processor to blend all the ingredients one by one. Then pour the mixed ingredients in a baking pan to be baked at 375 degree for 40-45 minutes.

Let it cool for one hour and cut it in squares. You can serve it and drizzle caramel on top.
