Like so many other families, we too have a favorite spaghetti recipe we've made for years and love. Our family loves meatballs and we can eat them twice a week. I make meatballs with ground beef, turkey or pork.
Meat balls can be served over spaghetti, fettuccine, noodles or vegetables. It is so simple to make, always tastes delicious, and everyone loves it.
I made this recipe with Ragu Alfredo sauce, fresh basil, garlic and cilantro. The flavor combination of basil, garlic and cilantro is amazing! the recipe is almost home made from scratch with the exception of the alfredo sauce, it's very delicious.

Ingredients:
Sauce ingredients:
1 jar of Ragu Alfredo sauce
1 bunch of fresh basil
1 bunch of fresh cilantro
3 garlic cloves
Meatballs ingredients:

1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon dry oregano
1 teaspoon dry rosemary
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Pasta preparation ingredients:
1 box spaghetti pasta 16 once
3 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Garnish with fresh basil and parmesan cheese.

Instructions:
Blend the Ragu alfredo sauce with fresh basil, garlic, and cilantro in a blender or food processor.
Prepare the meatballs:
Use a bowl to mix all the ingredients, break the ground beef, add the egg, coriander, dry oregano, rosemary, black pepper, salt, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Mix all the ingredients well.
Meanwhile, cook the pasta noodles according to package instructions. I like to add 1 spoon of olive oil, 3 garlic cloves and teaspoon of salt. Drain the noodles and place them aside.
Shape the meatballs using about 1 tablespoon of meat mixture per ball.
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add the meatballs. Cook the meatballs for 10- 12 minutes flipping the balls to cook evenly. Brown meatballs until are no longer pink in the middle. Add the chopped fresh garlic stirring for 1 minute.
Pour the basil sauce over the meatballs, add a pinch of black pepper and salt. Cook for 5 minutes and add the noodles to the sauce cooking and mixing the pasta well.
Serve the pasta and meatballs, garnish with parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
