My favorite time is Summer, because I love to grill outside. We all look forward for a perfect weekend or Holiday to spend time outdoors and cooking.
What a perfect time to enjoy family and friends with a perfect weather grilling buffalo Chicken Wings.

I love to serve these hot buffalo wings with raw vegetables, ranch dressing sauce or spice buffalo sauce.
Grilled buffalo chicken wings are perfectly tender and juicy on the inside and crispy skin on the outside, it only takes about 10-15 minutes to cook them on the grill.

Instructions:
I like to prepare a dry rub to marinade the wings, I let them rest in the fridge for 30m minutes before placing them on the grill.
Dry rub:
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp dry celery
1 tsp dry rosemary
1tsp garlic powder
Mix all the dry ingredients and rub the wings evenly , let them rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes, in the meantime get the grill ready.

Grill: heat the grill to medium high heat, place the wings on the grill allowing them to cook about 3 minutes before turning them, make sure temperature is not too high so they won't burn. We want the wings to be crispy not burned.

Here is a perfect picture after turning the wings. I love to grill with charcoal and its hard to regulate the temperature, one of the things I do is to move charcoals to one side of the grill leaving one layer of charcoal to avoid high heat.

The sauce recipe
1 cup of buffalo sauce (any brand)
1/3 cup catchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
In a medium size pot over medium heat combine all the ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. It is delicious
You can customize the sauce by choosing a hotter buffalo sauce.
Serve the buffalo wings with any vegetables as appetizers or you can be more creative and add more appetizers to the plater.
Enjoy the recipe.
