Garlic Basil Chicken Alfredo

For this dish I used Penne regate pasta and for the sauce Ragu roasted garlic parmesan sauce to make it easy.
This is a comfort dish dinner, so delicious filled with rich creamy cheesy alfredo sauce. It takes about 30 minutes to prepare this dish, perfect for a family dinner or side dish.
While cooking the pasta, you can cook the chicken at same time. I cooked the chicken with fresh garlic, ground pepper, coriander and smoke paprika. The combination of all the ingredients creates a delicious dish.

Ingredients:
1 lbs. ground chicken
1 package Penne regate 16 onces pasta
1 Jar Ragu Classic Alfredo - roasted garlic parmesan sauce
8 fresh garlic chopped fine
6 leaves basil chopped
1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:
Cook ground chicken in a skillet over medium high heat 6 to 8 minutes until the meat crumbles and is no longer pink. Sauté the garlic stir while adding the ground pepper, smoke paprica, coriander and salt.
At same time in a saucepan cook the pasta with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon olive oil according to package directions. Drain well before adding to the chicken.
Pour the Alfredo sauce over the chicken stirring occasionally, add the chopped basil and then the pasta. cook for 2-3 minutes serve and garnish with fresh basil or cilantro and parmesan cheese.
