Garlic Roast Beef

This roast beef recipe will not disappoint you! Its tender, delicious, juicy. Selected for the flavor on tenderness slow roasted in a natural juices, creating a rich, savory gravy, just like mom just to fix!



Ingredients:


2 1/2 pound chuck roast beef

potatoes

celery

onions

carrots


Dry Rub ingredients:

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon achiote powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon dry oregano

1 teaspoon dry rosemary

3 bay leaves

1 teaspoon salt



Instructions:


Cut all the vegetables you want to incorporate and prepare the dry rub.

Once you have the dry rub ready, place the meat on the cutting table to make incisions

and insert the fresh garlic. Then apply the dry rub around the meat, making sure is covered.


Place the roast in a deep cooking dish and add all the vegetables you want and start cooking.


I cooked the roast on air fryer. The instructions may very. I set it up according to the instructions to be cooked.


If you want to cook the roast in the oven, pre-heat the oven at 350 F. and cook for 1.5 -hrs.- 2 hrs.


Remove the roast from the air fryer or oven and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Serve with mash potatoes, rice or pasta salad. Garnish the plate with gravy made out of the juice left on the cooking pot.
