How to make red potatoes salad

Side dishes are very important for any meal. Red potato salad is one of my favorite side dishes and easy to make.


Perfect recipe for summer cookout barbecues and family gatherings. It is delicious, creamy and rosemary-cilantro makes this salad even better.

Red potatoes has a distinctive flavor and texture when combining with rosemary, cilantro, mayo, sour cream, margarine, salt, black pepper and few drops of lime all mix together makes a perfect combination of flavor.

Ingredients:

4-5 medium red potatoes cut in 1/4 skin left on

1 cup of mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

2 sp of margarine

1 1/2 sp salt

1 sp black pepper

1 cup cilantro chopped

1 cup rosemary fine chopped

lime drops


Instructions:

In a large saucepan with water cook the potatoes at medium high for about 20 minutes or until tender. Drain the water and place potatoes in a mix bowl while still warm add the butter (margarine), mayonnaise, sour cream, salt, black pepper, chopped cilantro, few drops of lime, and chopped rosemary. Mix all the ingredients no need to smash, just mix until all ingredients are combined well.

serves about 4-5

It can be used alone or as side dish with any meat recipe. enjoy this great recipe .
