Amazing Steak Marinade adds so much flavor to the steak. This marinade is loaded with fresh rosemary, olive oil, dry oregano, achiote powder, ground pepper, onion powder, red wine vinegar and fresh minced garlic.

The blending of all these ingredients creates such amazing flavor to a perfect cooked juicy steak.

It is recommended to marinade overnight to soak all the ingredients into the meat. You can marinade for the minimum of 2 hours. You can cook the steak in a skillet or on the grill outside. #grilling #summer #beef #steak #rosemary #mexicanfood #food #confortfood #delicious

Ingredients for marinade:

4 tablespoon olive oil

3 tablespoon red wine vinegar

2 chopped bay leaves

1 tablespoon dry oregano

3 tablespoon fresh chopped rosemary

1 teaspoon ground pepper

3 tablespoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

In a bowl combine all the ingredients, stir to combine completely using a fork or spoon. Place the steaks in a plastic zip-log plastic bag to marinade the meat overnight if possible. Set the bag inside refrigerator and remove the meat from fridge 30 minutes before grilling.

Heat the charcoal or gas grill and place them over direct heat, 3-5 minutes per side and then move them to indirect heat until desired level of doneness. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for few minutes.

Serve with mash potato, salad, rice, vegetables or bake potato.

Enjoy
