Spicy Shrimp and Garlic Stir Fry!

This recipe is made with rice vermicelli noodles, you may want to substitute the brand if desired. Also use shrimp, vegetables, garlic, onion and more ingredients.


The shrimp stir fry noodles takes less than 30 minutes if you have all the ingredients chopped and ready before start stir frying. The shrimp stir fry noodles is packed with a lot of vegetables and flavor. Its very quick and easy meal that everyone loves!

Peel and devein the shrimp:

Clean and devein the shrimp before stir frying.


Cook the noodles:

In a large bowl add enough hot water to cover the noodles. Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until softened, drain and cover with towel to keep them moist before stir frying.


Save noodles broth to be used when stir frying.


Pre cut-chop all the vegetables and have all spices, ingredients set aside.




Ingredients:

1 pound medium shrimp peeled and deveined

2 bundles of spaghetti noodles

1/3 cup diced celery cut on the diagonal

1 small chopped onion

4 minced garlic

3 tablespoon chopped red bell pepper

1/2 cup carrots cut into 1/4 -inch thick

6 dry chili de arbol

1/3 cup broccoli

green onions chopped

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

4 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

chopped fresh cilantro to garnish

chopped fresh basil to garnish

3 tablespoon butter

1 tablespoon peanut butter

noodles broth



Instructions:

You should have already the noodles cooked and the shrimp peeled and deveined.


Now, heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the butter, garlic, onions and stir until fragrant about 1 minute. Add the celery, bell pepper, carrots, green onions, dry chili stirring for 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, pepper, cilantro and shrimp last.


Stir until everything is well covered with delicious sauce. Add the noodles and continue to stir adding noodles broth to keep them moisten.


Serve immediately, garnish with fresh chopped basil and cilantro.
